Mixing, conveying, extrusion, drying, cooling and packing form the shared backbone. Crushing, coating method, die, cutter and operating conditions are confirmed against the intended feed.

Can one line make both pet food and fish feed?
Yes. They use the same configurable extrusion platform. Molds, cutter settings, formula, process conditions and selected auxiliary equipment are adjusted to the product.
What capacity should I choose?
Start with monthly sales demand, planned working hours and expected utilization. Zhuoheng then reviews a model and auxiliary equipment for the complete line.
Can voltage and heating be customized?
The electrical standard and heating method can be configured for the destination market, subject to the final technical proposal.
Do you provide installation and training?
Remote guidance, manuals, training and engineer service can be arranged. The final scope and travel responsibilities are stated in the quotation and contract.
