One continuous line from raw material to packed feed.
A typical project brings together material preparation, mixing, conditioning, extrusion, drying, flavor or oil coating, cooling and packing.
The exact equipment list depends on the raw materials, target product, capacity, automation level, heat source, factory dimensions and local electrical standard. It is therefore better to compare complete configurations than a single extruder price.

Cook, form and expand the material through the selected die.

Weigh and pack the finished feed using the agreed packing solution.

Moisture is reduced with a project-selected heat source and capacity.

Product changeover
Change the finished pellet, not the entire line.
The product plan determines the correct mold and operating setup. Different pellet sizes and profiles can be prepared for the same extrusion line.
