Feed Line Models & Capacities
Use separate pet food and fish feed reference tables, then validate the complete line against the product, formula, operating hours and site conditions.
Six-model union: ZH65 to ZH135.
Reference line output: 120–3000 kg/h for dry dog and cat food projects.
| Model | Installed power | Practical power | Reference output |
|---|---|---|---|
| ZH65 | 112 kW | 67 kW | 120–150 kg/h |
| ZH70 | 142 kW | 85 kW | 200–250 kg/h |
| ZH85 | 235 kW | 141 kW | 400–500 kg/h |
| ZH95 | 296 kW | 177 kW | 1000–1200 kg/h |
| ZH115 | 400 kW | 280 kW | 2000 kg/h |
| ZH135 | 500 kW | 350 kW | 3000 kg/h |
Reference values consolidated from the project Catalog and product knowledge. Actual output and power use vary with formula, pellet size, process, heat source and final machine list. The confirmed proposal and quotation take precedence.
Seven-model union: ZH65 to ZH139.
Reference line output: 120–5000 kg/h for floating or sinking aquatic feed projects.
| Model | Installed power | Practical power | Reference output |
|---|---|---|---|
| ZH65 | 110 kW | 70 kW | 120–150 kg/h |
| ZH70 | 138 kW | 95 kW | 200–250 kg/h |
| ZH85 | 240 kW | 160 kW | 500 kg/h |
| ZH95 | 296 kW | 177 kW | 1000–1200 kg/h |
| ZH115 | 400 kW | 280 kW | 2000 kg/h |
| ZH135 | 500 kW | 350 kW | 3000 kg/h |
| ZH139 | 586 kW | 352 kW | 1500–5000 kg/h |
Reference values consolidated from the project Catalog and product knowledge. Final output depends on formula, grind size, pellet diameter, density or buoyancy target, drying and the complete line balance. The confirmed proposal and quotation take precedence.
Capacity is a line decision, not only an extruder decision.
Calculate a realistic hourly requirement from sales demand and operating time, then review the dryer, coating, cooling and packing capacity together.
- List monthly demand.Separate planned products and peak requirements.
- Set working time.Define shifts, hours and expected operating days.
- Allow practical utilization.Include changeover, cleaning and maintenance time.
- Confirm the complete flow.Keep downstream equipment consistent with the selected output.

Send the product and factory brief.
Include the feed type, pellet size, raw materials, target output, schedule, destination, voltage, heat source and available building dimensions.
